Love this question. I cannot get enough of the following three people. You got to be living under a rock to have never of heard of them. They all have awesome online brands and a YouTube channel where they consistently share invaluable advice.
I’m diggin’ Selena Soo, a master connector who has built her business and super success on authentic yet strategic relationship building. She recommends others build connections and reputation through generosity.
Kimra Luna is totally blowin up the internet lately. Her’s is quite the story!
And, I like Tara Gentile a lot. Her quiet strength and practical business advice are inspiring.
Love this! My first instinct was to say myself and then thought “No, that would be too self-serving,” but I think I deserve to recognize myself for the thought-leadership I have, especially through writing. So firstly, myself!
As for others, I’m really inspired by a lot of different women across my interests, so I labeled them according to topic area of expertise:
Self-Improvement: Jen Sicerno, a self-help guru and coach who has an AMAZING book that will change your life.
Body Image: Virgie Tovar. She’s so vivacious and intelligent, I love how she combines fashion into her activism as well.
Feminism: Too many to list! Aspen Baker. Jamia Wilson. Erin Bagwell. Franchesca Ramsey.
Comedy: Akilah Hughes- check her out on YouTube! She is doing comedy differently than everyone else and owning it like no other, too.
Fashion & Beauty: Marie Southard Ospina, one of the fabulous editors I work with at Bustle! I also really love Loey Lane, Megan Parken, and Lauryn Evarts to name a few.
Celebs: Nicki Minaj, Christy Brinkley, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Demi Lovato, Bethenny Frankel
Entrepanership: Lori Griener, Shonda Rimes, Christina El Musseo, Sophia Amoruso, Mimi Ikonn
Sports: Kacy Catanzaro, Ronda Rousey (maybe not after her lack of sportsmanship this weekend but, she’s still very talented)
